Wish I stayed home!

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Carnival Horizon

Carnival wasn’t advised that covid was over, except for the barely edible food they put out at the Buffett- Service is slow and uncaring- room service did not get it right once- dirty tissues left under my bed from the previous passenger- if it wasn’t going to cost us over $1000 to jump on a plane in Punta Cana and get home we would be long gone!. I was gifted a massage which was close to ...

This super awesome family vacation was more than I could have hoped for. Thanks first off to our personal stateroom person whom I'm so sad to say I can't remember her name for stateroom. She was super awesome always attentative to needs of my husband and I. Thanks for the extra pillows much needed for my back and neck pain. My absolute super favorite IWayn our nightly cocktail waiter in Meridian ...

Best cruise. Loved being in the Havana cabana room

Havana cabanas are a must do. The privacy of your own deck , pool and hot tubs, from all the commotion, of all the people, was just awsome. The bonzi Hibachi grill is so good and so much fun. For 35 dollars a person. There is so much food, you have leftovers to take back to room. The chefs, doing this are so entertaining, and talented. You also need to make reservations before boarding. ...

My first cruise but best vacation ever

My boyfriend booked this for our vacation and his parents booked the same cruise. I had an amazing time from beginning to end personally. We had a balcony room, and it was worth the price to see the sunrise and sunset from the balcony. We also bought the robes which were so soft and comfortable, perfect for napping in after a day docked on shore. The drinks were all amazing, but the bloody Marys ...

We choose this cruises for the islands, it being 8 days and celebrating our 25th anniversary!! FIRST LET ME SAY, I’m not the one who usually leave’s reviews but….Nothing on the boat impressed us, which was sad!! The 2 pools are super packed, not enough chairs for everyone, if so people holding multi chairs that shouldn’t be allowed for multiple hours at a time, the 40 min holding was not ...

CARNIVAL HORIZON QUICK REVIEW

Review for a Caribbean - Southern Cruise on Carnival Horizon

We sailed the ABC Islands on the Horizon and enjoyed each port stop. The ship itself is a nice ship but we are finding that we prefer the smaller ships as the large ships just seem too crowded. As usual cruise food is hit or miss and it seems that the menus are the same on each ship. For the life of me I cannot understand the elevator lobbies being right in front of the restaurants; ...

The buffet was not tasty at all, The good was the movies by the pool and at the theater, Updated.. Parents need to watch their children , running ...

Worst Food at sea

We chose this for the destination. We have been on several Carnival Cruise ships and have to say this is the worst layout ever seen, elevators terrible not handicap friendly., always waiting for one then when it opens totally full. Food was awful, cheapest cuts of meat, could not chew, no flavor, only slap one piece of bread down on your plate (no breadbasket or choice of bread and I mean your ...

The food was terrible

Looked forward to getting away on a cruise with great food and great people. Well the food was terrible 90% of the people were awesome The other 10% were like they were there to raise hell and get stoned…if you went out on the lido deck to relax it was like being at a concert. Just groups hanging out drinking and smoking weed. As for the food it’s basically like the Golden Corral on a ...

My family and I cruised for my daughter's 30th birthday. Several of us were first time cruisers and had the time of our life. The ship was beautiful, and the staff was excellent. The entertainment was awesome and so much fun. The food was not the best but was good, however the omelettes' are top notch. I cannot say enough about the cruise director Leon. We love love love him. We are hooked and ...
