My wife and i are platinum Carnival cruisers and this time had 4 family members along, including our 2 year old grandson. He was a bit overwhelmed by all the sites and sounds, but had a great time. The crew gave him special attention throughout the ship and always stopped to talk to him.

Our room steward and the entertainment crew really made the cruise a great experience. I have been on the Glory three times as well as pretty much every other Carnival ship class from the Fantasy to the Horizon. I thought the cruise was amazing!
I’ll agree Carnival could improve the buffet. Dining room was great, Guys burgers are amazing.
The staff work there tails off and keep a smile on their faces and always willing to go the extra mile. Our wait staff was amazing Walter was fantastic!

We enjoyed the Glory. Crew members were very friendly & helpful.
This is a "Conquest" class ship, which means you are unable to go from forward to aft on a few of the decks, which is a bit confusing & inconvenient.
Food service & quality were excellent. Entertainment was a bit sparse.

My biggest disappointment was that the entire casino area (located in a main walk-through floor) allowed for smoking. As an asthmatic this was very upsetting and problematic for me. Several of the photography back drops were located in that area, and I had to walk through there to go my assigned dinner location. There was no way to avoid it.

While I can venture to say that I have been on better ships, it doesn't mean that this ship didn't serve the purpose of what was needed!
