We chose this particular cruise because of the date and itinerary. First cruise for me and fourth for my wife. Problems with Carnival's transportation from the airport but great accommodation at embarkation! First impression: The Glory is a GORGEOUS SHIP! We had a fabulous balcony stateroom with excellent service. Food was fabulous at the main dining room (Platinum) and plenty of ...

This was our second Carnival Cruise. We have sailed on most lines but primarily Celebrity and Princess. We did a back to back sailing on the next February 16th Journeys cruise. I chose Carnival because of the ports of call on this cruise and the Journeys cruise. Quickest, easliest embarkation I have had in 30 plus crusies Main dining room food was good. Variety, good choices, great ...

My wife and I took this 7 night Caribbean cruise in February / 2019. Our boarding process was very fast compared to other cruises The ship has several attractions and places to have fun: table tennis, two water slides, swimming pools, plenty of deck chairs to sunbathe on the decks. The theater was never crowded at nightly shows. In two of the 7 nights, there was no show, but only ...

A Western Caribbean cruise out of Miami which left Miami on its coldest day in 5 years - it should have been an indicator. We started with two days of cold, rainy and windy weather but that didn't stop us being entertained and having fun. We were unable to make our scheduled stop at Grand Cayman as it was unsafe for the tenders to take us to port - this was disappointing as we were really ...

Basic balcony room, with ocean view and chairs to kick back in. Housekeeping team were very efficient in maintaining our rooms. Dining was always on par, quick friendly service, all dining request were accomodated. Entertainment was a new group of performers that "WOW'ED" all of there shows. Those were the Pros; Cons; The ship's photographers were aggressive in getting photo's at ...

Carnival Glory's Room service they are the happiest people always saying hello knew our names. Our rooms were clean old decorating style. The Punchliner Comedy shows are hilarious. They have them every night but 1. I was disappointed that it was too crowed and couldn't find a seat one time. The piano bar is fun. Putt putt golf was ok. Steam room is good. Guys burgers are the best burgers. I enjoy the ...

Our cruise was a romantic getaway for 2 40-something first time cruisers. PROs: The selection of ports (Grand Cayman/Roatan/Belize City/Cozumel), all the food options on the Glory, dive-in movies, omelette station, elegant dinner menu, functionality of the stateroom CONs: One of our ports was cancelled, ambiguity of excursion tickets, breakfast options besides the omelette station SHIP: I ...

The Glory is a great ship! She's a perfect size and rides the water smoothly. Embarkation was quick as was disembarkation. Expect some elevator delays during embarkation/debarkation day as the crew use them for luggage simultaneously. We opted for the Everglades/FLL airport excursion and it worked out well for return to the airport. Dining was a bit of a problem this time, therefore, we ...

We wanted a relatively affordable cruise with a Caribbean itinerary to places we have not visited before. Carnival Glory delivered! For experienced Carnival travelers, you know what to expect: a medium sized ship (3000 passengers), jam packed activities, staff who will pamper you, the usual cruise fare to eat. The Glory is an older ship and, like many older ships, needs some refurbishments, ...
