We have travelled on Many Cruises(25+) over the years and was quite disappointed with the Glory, very out dated and the staff had great difficulty with English, this is the only cruise I had ever been on where It was so difficult to communicate with the staff, our cabin Steward (Dana) she was a pleasure to see each day, very pleasant, cheerful and very efficient, the dining room staff were ...

We were very disappointed in the room we had while on board. I booked this trip in July of 2018. The room we received did not match the description of what the Carnival agent told us it would be. We spoke to customer care and they acted like it wasn't a big deal. They emailed corporate, no response back until the 7th day of the trip. The food selection on buffet was not good. Everyday you found ...

One thing that works on this ship is the a/c! We love the Punchliner comedy but it was so cold in the Ebony Cabaret you could hang meat in there, we could not bear to stay in there for the comedians. Room service was very late or non-existant! Saw our room steward, Antonio, on first day and never for the rest of the cruise. MDR menus seem to be scaled way down with fewer options. Buffet seemed ...

Let me start by saying that it was my husband and I first experience on a cruise ship. However although it was our first we had very high expectations since we have been to exquisite hotels before and have received excellent customer service. Therefore we looked forward to being pampered the same way with the cruise. We want to commend those who have exhibited what true customer service ...

We live near the port of Miam, and we decided to do a family cruise so price was important. The ship is old and looks it. It’s not taken care of. We saw ants in the buffet dining room our cabin smelled like sewage the first day. We asked the steward to see why he could do about it, it seemed like he just cleaned it because by the middle of the trip it smelled like sewage again. The cruise ...

Carnival Glory Cruise Director and Entertainment were terrible!!!! Have been on several cruises - this was a big disappointment. Cruise acted like a Mama’s Constantine referring to his Mother pretending to receive calls from her while on stage. Not funny!!! Drove it into ground. The entertainers were great dancers but terrible singers. At our evening dinner table we all agreed that this was the ...

I chose this cruise because it was a gift and 10 family members were going. My sister and I were in Cabin 8453 - in the back. We liked the interior cabin because it was quiet, well away from foot traffic. Our cabin steward was extremely nice and polite. The cabin air conditioner was always on the highest setting and the room never seemed to cool down, especially after opening the front door. ...

This was a girls cruise. I’ve been on Freedom and Liberty so I’m familiar with the conquest class ship. This cruise made me realize that Carnival is no longer for me. Personally I feel Carnival needs to evolve on all levels especially entertainment. I’ve since cancelled Breeze . Embarking was easy where as disembarkment was terrible, Carnival blamed imagination but it wasn’t , it was ...

Outdated Cruise, Poor Hospitality

Booked this cruise for a family vacation while celebrating a birthday, from cruising in the past this is by far the worst we have been on. Carnival says that it is updated when it is clearly not, rust all over rooms and old beds and sheets. Service was the worst part about the ship, the stewards don't even change the sheets we had old blood stains that were not even ours!! soap was never changed, ...

This cruise was sold through a travel agent - we expected this cruise to be exotic dressy and fun after reading the dress code review - we expected it to be cosmopolitan - we had high standards of the cruise ship and decor -! We were so disappointed the first time cruising and it has put me off - there was o dress code - it was a tired ship - it stunk of tobacco in the casino and a bar area ...
