Absolutely worst ever

Review for a Caribbean - Southern Cruise on Carnival Freedom

The discrepancies in pricing are appalling. I'm a senior with a handicap....I was knocked into another guest table by an adolescent running through & playing in the dining area. The room was extremely nasty and dirty the bed sheets and the spread was soiled. Piror guest hair in the bathroom shower, sink and flooring. Toilet was nasty with bowel stains. The nightstand lamp didn't work. Numerous of ...

Chose this cruise to participate in the ship meet-up and to enjoy the festivities onboard. Not a huge Carnival fan but took the chance. Kinda of pricey for a Carnival Cruise but we decided to keep our expectations low and in line with what one can reasonably expect from Carnival. There were some positive surprises and a few disappointments. Let's start off on a positive note with what we ...

We chose this cruise for the itinerary. As I understand it, our cruise was the first of this itinerary to actually make all of its scheduled stops since the Omicron spike. We had no known cases of Covid on the ship our week by staff or cruisers. That was great. Most people followed the masking requirements for the first part of the week but got sick of it later in the week Our room was a suite ...

Carnival Freedom 8 day cruise from Miami sailing to coco cay, grand turks, Aruba, and Bonaire. Sailing solo 1st challenge dinner. I was signed up for my time dinning at first very lonely. Ran into another solo cruisers who invited me to her table main dinning room 6pm. She was at a table for solo cruisers. They were able to change my dining arrangement to sit at the solo table. My advice if solo ...

We are avid cruisers and travel with 3 generations (76 to 17) of family. Some like the ship and some like the ports. We were all pleasantly surprised and had a fantastic trip. First a huge compliment to the staff and crew. Employees were constantly cleaning, offering masks, always had a smile on their face and made our trip the best. Our cruise sailed at about 40% capacity. Embarkation / ...

My wife and I cruise frequently (57 cruises to date) and cruise nearly all major lines, our preference being small ships. Carnival Freedom is not small, but was sailing with limited capacity, so we opted for this as our second Carnival cruise because friends were going. Freedom definitely falls within the "budget cruising" category, and richly deserves it. Here's why: The ship itself is quite ...

My first time on Carnival while my wife had been on other Carnival ships. All of our other cruises have been on Princess, Holland, Celebrity, Royal Caribbean plus some river cruises in Europe. We had a balcony cabin deck 7 port side and found it to be quite nice with lots of room to move around, all the storage we needed, a nice balcony and large bathroom. There was nothing to complain about in ...

I got an opportunity to join my friend on this Carnival Magic cruise going to Grand Caymans and Jamaica. Once I paid on it I started noticing that the excursions where going to Nassau and not Grand Cayman. We call and got changed to Carnival Freedom which was a 6 day cruise. Ok cool. I CALLED Carnival prior to regarding Covid testing and was told we could take the test 72hrs prior to sailing(which ...

This ship needs to be refurbished, there is black mold all over the place especially under the staircase that is on the LIDO deck closest to the Toppings Bar for GUYS Hamburgers, the service was really poor, I asked for a tray one night because hubby did not want to go eat, so I picked up some pizzas, wanted to take desert and a drink back to the cabin, so I asked for a tray and was told, they are ...
