First of all, I have Platinum status on Carnival Cruise line. I am a seasoned cruiser. Embarkation was ok for Priority boarding. We arrived around 10:30 am and were allowed to check in earlier than 1:30pm. We were instructed we could go to our room and then have lunch. Our room was not ready. Returned several days ago from Carnival Conquest 7 night Carribean cruise which departed from Miami. Overall the experience was sub par. The main dining room, atrium, buffet and seating areas were so cold it was hard to enjoy anything. Even the rooms were cold. We went for Christmas with a group of 12 friends and family. We just got back from a cruise on the Conquest and it deserves a strong caution.. Cabin had dryed sewage in florescent lights in ceiling....Shower was turned 4 times to get fixed overflowed and you had to shut water off during shower to prevent mess. Sewer pipe under our cabin was broke and the smell was overwhelming 4 days ...There was more but on to entertainment... We missed a port so you ...
