I am a VIP cruiser and I always fly in the city a day before I cruise. It gives me time to explory the city. Embarkation is the BOMB. I walk right onto the ship. Awesome Job!!! went shopping and spent a lot of money on my outfits for the cruise. I took so many pictures I got one of my picture free. I was place on the WALL OF FAME!! Carnival is by far my favorite cruise line. When they ...
The Tom Joyner Fantastic Voyage on the Carnival Breeze is worthy of its name, FANTASTIC!
There was so much entertainment, seminars, and other activities - You have to pace yourself in order to take in most of what is offered. The party with a purpose goes on 24/8.
The Theme Nights were sensational. There was an "all black night", an "all white night", and a "flashback night" just to ...
The ship was well laid out and easy to navigate. Mike Pack is an excellent and very entertaining cruise director. Lots to do for the whole family from the little kids to the grandparents. Food was good, in fact the steakhouse was one of the best meals I have ever had. This cruise hooked us on cruising.
Cabin - Balcony with enough room for 4, stewards were great, definetly recommend a balcony ...
This was my daughter -in-laws first cruise and I have been on many others. The Breeze is a beautiful ship. There are two small pools and both of them were full on sea days. Usually the aft pool is for adults only but on this ship kids were allowed in the area. They were a little loud, but they are kids. There is a wonderful kids area with slides and a splash area that they were having lots of ...
Embarkation was a breeze, disembarkation was a breeze. Did not have FTTF, and it still was very organized, and we did not wait long at all to embark or disembark. We choose to have the cruise line take our luggage the night before, so we expected to wait on the ship until we were called, and enjoyed breakfast in the Blush Dining Room at our leisure. There was an emergency outside the dining ...
For this ship to be one of the newer ships, it is lacking in a lot of areas.
First, there is only one- very small pool for the entire ship that holds 4400 people! This very small pool was 90% full of screaming kids. I would think a ship this size would have more than 1 pool & at the very least would at least have an adult only pool. There is the Serenity deck that is adult only, but it only has ...
We sailed on the Carnival Breeze for spring break in April 2016. (This was our 13th cruise overall, 6th on Carnival, and 2nd on the Breeze.)
Embarkation – The port workers were strictly enforcing the entrance time on your boarding pass, so no bother showing up at anytime before that. Our passes were for the 10-10:30am check in. We were all checked in and waiting to board by 11am, but it wasn’t ...
This ship was perfect and way better decor than any other Carnival ship. It's a BIG ship, but I love it. It's a nice way to burn that cruise weight. If you didn't like Carnival because of the ship design, try the Breeze.
Embarkation was actually very smooth. They started "staggered check-in". We picked 10:00-10:30, but actually didn't make it till 11:30. We bypassed the lines since we were ...
This was my 4th cruise with Carnival and we have always had a great vacation. I am not impressed with this ship, bigger is not always better. I was unaware when I booked this cruise that it was spring break and there was going to be 1000 kids on-board. Everywhere you turned there was screaming, running, kids, with no parents in sight. One night we went to the tides pool and there was about 25 ...
Just home from the 6 night Breeze out of Tampa. The cruise exceeded my expectations greatly! I had read many so-so reviews on here about the ship and Carnival in general, I was not expecting the fabulous time we ended up having.
FTTF was well worth the $60 and I would have paid more. The dock was busy upon arrival, so we were able to by-pass the long lines and go right into the terminal with ...
