To start this out, I've been on several cruises now. Around 10 if my memory serves me right. Back in 2013 I had what I thought then was the best week of my life on the valor. One year later on the Freedom that thought changed, making the freedom easily the best week of my life. I figured the cruise I just came back from, the Breeze, would at least be similar.
I was wrong.
You see, on the valor ...
My wife and I left out of Miami February 28, 2015 on the Carnival Breeze for an 8 day Eastern Caribbean. The Carnival staff was and has always been awesome from beginning to end. My mother was a travel agent and recommended that we begin cruising with Carnival and we have never found any reason to change or try another Cruise Lines. I have done lots of research and read tons of reviews and have ...
My Husband and myself thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the Breeze this February. Only wish the cruise was longer. One of my favorite finds was the Serenity Deck 15, private with hammocks, day beds, hot tubs, bar. Found myself there everyday listening to audio books and enjoying the company of other travelers. Look forward to the Vista in 2016, sure hope the ship has this deck. We will come again. ...
We're from California and it's always hard to travel to the east coast for a cruise but the wife booked the flight and forgot we were sailing out of Miami and booked a flight into Ft. Lauderdale so I found a nice resort to stay the night prior to the cruise about 1/2 way between Ft. Lad and Miami....Getting to Miami is easy with a cap about 20 bucks got us there and dropped off the luggage and got ...
We sailed on the Carnival Breeze on Feb 28. The ship was beautiful -- muted tones are a welcome change to other Carnival ships. Good food, great service from Arnold, our cabin steward, and Alvin and Joan, our waiters. As with other Carnival cruises I've been on, the one thing Carnival lacks is an ability to receive and deal with complaints. They May (or may not) apologize for inconvenience, but I ...
First the likes: Very easy to get on and off the ship. We liked the airport check-in. Rooms stewards were awesume. Very friendly crew.
Now the Nots: Extremely slow for our 8:15 dinner in the Blush restaurant. We only got our meals by 10pm on the last evening. Other nights we never left before 10:20pm (Others were out by 9:45pm) We had a table of 8 as were most of the others.
We saw this last ...
B2B Oasis of the Seas (RC) Feb 7th - Feb 14th (7 days) The Breeze (Carnival) Feb 14th - Feb 22nd (8 days)
8 of us flew from Canada to Fort Lauderdale the day before our first leg of this B2B. Our 13 year old son does not travel well, and he was sick on all three flights. We booked all of our transportation through the same company, we called them from airport, and by the time we gathered our ...
Carnival Breeze February 28 – March 8, 2015, 8 night Eastern Caribbean
First off I will say that we loved our cruise on the Breathtakingly Beautiful Breezy Breeze!
This is our 13th cruise, 3rd with Carnival (others on NCL, Princess & Royal Caribbean). Booked less than one month out, which I consider last minute as we have never done that before. We had it narrowed down to 4 different cruises on ...
We have cruised 17 times and only once with Carnival. We were a bit hesitant when we booked with Carnival but we did it because we liked the 8 day cruise with only three stops Aruba, Curacau and Grand Turk
The boarding process could use some work as it was crowded and confusing and took around an hour. We even took their advise and waited until 12:30 to arrive. Big Mistake! Wait later. Those that ...
Looking for a good deal on a sunny getaway from a very cold Canadian winter, this year we chose the 6 night Eastern Caribbean cruise on Carnival Breeze. Having sailed on her sister, Dream, a few years ago, we were looking forward to enjoying the amenities on the Breeze. We were not disappointed. Even though we are not part of the 30-something, get-up-and-start-partying crowd that seems ubiquitous ...
