We did the back to back Transatlantic and Mediterranean cruise this May. We arrived at our scheduled port time and there was approximately a one quarter mile long line outside of the terminal in the Florida sun. After having had pleasant experiences on 2 prior NCL trans-Atlantic cruises (both on the NCL JADE), we found the STAR to be a poor comparison. From day one our toilet did not flush at all or only once a day. Out of a 13 day cruise our toilet only worked 4 days with no problem. The customer service staff was helpful, when they saw me heading their way they knew what the problem was. Excellent pricing on Transatlantic Crossing.
Currently sailing the MSC Divina Transatlantic Cruise and have been receiving many questions regarding the ship, the journey and the experience so far.
Internet service is quite slow and intermittent so I will condense this to bullet points.

While the ship's public rooms are awesome, it's not enough to make up for the cramped cabin, less than average food, loud and obnoxious travelers, limited activities and the incessant announcements at the most inappropriate times in 5 different languages.
