Enjoyed our Mother-Daughter cruise. Our goal was a beach-focused cruise for 22 year old and 56 year old. We’re both experienced cruisers and have sailed Royal before as it was our family’s choice for family cruising when daughter was younger. Recently husband and I have moved back to Celebrity so i couldn’t help but view this cruise through that lens. The good: Staff was enthusiastic and ...

Our room concierge was great and very kind. About the only thing on the cruise though. Food, I travelled with someone who was gluten intolerant. Mashed potatoes are one of the items she can eat. However those are not on the buffet for everyone as we were very rudely told she could not get those because it was on the kid buffet. I even explained it was for gluten issue and was still rudely told no. ...

My trip to international turf floating on international waters with friendly faces and exceptional service on VIRGIN VOYAGES was top rated and pure fun! The ships food and entertainment was very divers and provocative and will have you wanting more. I'm really regretting I haven't sea traveled before! Now, All I can say is Cheers to VIRGIN VOYAGES for setting up an experience of a lifetime! If ...

Wonderful, wonderful experience! My travel-adverse husband was so happy with everything that we came home and booked our second cruise with VV. Here's what we did: Day 1 - embarkation was smooth and took us only 10-15 minutes. We had booked one of the Rock Star suites so had priority boarding which made wait times much better. Our room was a Cheeky Corner suite that our son recommended. It was ...

It was a great ship. It took me a day or two to get familiar with the layout, but after that, it was easy to navigate around. The food was excellent. The buffet offered a wide variety of options, ranging from simple finger food to Asian and East Indian cuisine. The specialty restaurants were amazing and the food was top-notch. The staff and crew were friendly and super helpful. It's ...

App was slow, Didn't hide events that were full and often hid prices till you got to the event. Food quality was inconsistent, some days it would be amazing, others bad. They nickel and dime you as well as having every event on ship consistently overpriced. An extreme lack of vegan food, which i was assured there would be plenty of options for. Would have also appreciated if the game systems they ...

This was my first Cruise and I had a hard time from the very beginning. First I was crossing the street to get into the lobby of Encore Norwegian to catch the ship. I was almost run down by the crossing guard. Second did not know i could leave my luggage at terminal. I struggled to bring them to the 10th floor of my cabin. 3rd I called for room service only to be told to call Housekeeping and when ...

Amazing ship with a few challenges

Overall this is an absolutely amazing ship..leaps and bounds ahead of anything else in the RCL, NCL, or Carnival lines. We are two late-twenty/early-thirty childless females who have been on 20+ cruises and this is by far our favorite ship. It truly is unlike any other and feels like every inch of the ship was considered. We were told this sailing was one of the first at full capacity and, save ...

MSC the check the box cruiseline

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on MSC Seascape

MSC Check the box cruiseline! Overall it’s the appearance of service: MSC goes thru the motions of offering services. They are forcing more and more things to the APP which does not work most of the time, hard to find things, will not let you complete a task and requires you to scan codes for every bar and restaurant for menus. Want to go to a show or book a restaurant – use the APP. ...
