From the time we boarded we had a very enclosed feeling, there was no open promenade deck, and the boat felt very narrow and enclosed. There is no Grand Stair Case or the open space you feel on other ships we have been on like NCL.
The pool area is very small, the pool has a tanning ledge which takes up most of the space forget about swimming, if you ask me it was a place for people to take a ...
I have never written a review on any of my experiences ever. I feel as though there are so many mixed reviews here that it’s hard to determine how you gage this ship, hopefully I can help.
My wife and I have travelled quite a few times on various ships and might be unfair to make comparisons because everyone’s expectations are different.
This is by far the worst experience we have ...
This boat need to be out of the cruise line, old and with horrible cabin, the smell, the look and you can see around missing screws and caulking even on walls,I just get out of the boat and my family experience was not good at all,the only positive comment is the staff that sacrifice to much to make people's happy. Some rude people but just a few,the food not that good like others Norwegian ...
1) no coffee maker in my room

You ever went on a vacation and LOST weight? Well, if you haven’t, if you sail with this bottom-feeding cruise line, you will.
My family and I sailed on the Magnifica 12/18-12/22. It was hands down, the most boring 3.5 days of my life. What was sold to us as a 5 day 4 night cruise, when all was said and done was a 3.5 day, 4 night cruise. We couldn’t even board the ship until the afternoon of ...
MSC Magnifica. Terrible experience, dirty carpets, clogged bathrooms twice a day, tiny rooms ( beware when booking balconies), they are smaller than the inmate cells, We had a balcony room 11.62 Sq. m, (125 Sq. ft), no sofa, as you can usually see in all balcony rooms, terrible service, terrible food that looks like vomit. Removed even a bottle of beer from your luggage and made you look like a ...
Embarkation: I truly felt sorry for the first time cruisers on this ship because it should not take 4 hours to embark onto a ship. But then I met other people who waited up to 10 hours to board the ship. That's insane!!! There was no communication or updates from workers. No water or snacks were provided. Everyone seemed incompetent and didn't know how to handle adversity. After waiting for 3.5 ...
Yacht Club, Balcony cabin. Check in was horrific. Lines forever. Even with YC we had to wait 3 hours to board. NO drinks, snacks or extra service for at least 2 hours of the wait time. Finally when we were moved to a larger area we had water and the norm for YC. There were physical fights in waiting area as there was no direction from staff as to where the "general Pop" was to wait. So YC ...
I went on the 18 day cruise out of Miami on the Divina starting on 12/17/24. This cruise was my birthday (12/16) present to myself that went terribly wrong.
After standing in line for around 6 hours, I get to my room at 9:37 pm. On the ship, dinner was only available at the buffet and there were so many people, food was coming out under cooked like the hot dogs.
At 12:00 am on 12/18 my room ...
I am not a person to complain or write reviews. However, MSC seascape is terrible. I have sailed on many different cruiselines and I must say the food on this ship is the worst of them all. Options on the menu were not available as they would say they run out most days and if you are not at the buffet by a certain time, you might not get an item that was available earlier in the day. The ...
