This cruise was for our 3rd anniversery on the 11th. We cruised with Royal last year on Jewel of the Seas last year for our 2nd and had a great time. So this year we decided to take Royal again. And looking at Oasis it seemed like it had a lot of potential for a great time. I can honestly say the only great thing about it has been our room attendant and our immediate wait staff in the dining ...

This was my second cruise on Virgin. I previously cruised Scarlet Lady July 2023 and was blown away. The cabin, the crew, it was a perfect trip. I didn't take advantage of the future booking deal onboard that cruise and regretted it immediately. I was delighted when they sent a post cruise offer, not as good but still something. I purchased and booked this cruise immediately. Unfortunately, it ...

Oceania Sirena - Miami to Panama City - March 7-17 2024 This was my third cruise with Oceania. The first was the Eastern Mediterranean in 2009, the second was Northern Europe in 2012. I really enjoyed those two cruises; this one, not so much. Based on my experiences on this cruise, it's unlikely I will take a 4th cruise with Oceania. Let's start with the good. The food was excellent. I did ...

My positives of the cruise, Galley food is amazing, having free soda machines are great. Pizza and ice cream was really good. Cabin, bed SUCKS. The floor was more comfortable, I slept in the hammock on the balcony. Shower is the best on any cruises I have been on. No annoying announcements on the loud speakers all the time. Negatives Despite the advertisements, you HAVE to ...

Vacation ruin before stepping foot on boat

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Norwegian Encore

I am a long-time cruiser with NCL, have sailed exclusively with NCL during these past 10+ years and a Latitude Platinum member. My experience has been generally positive until this recent booking on the Encore 3/3/24 to the East Caribbean. The overall cruise was ok. The ship showed its age, nothing to write home about. The staff were not engaging and not many around. You can sit for hours ...

NCL made this cruise horrible

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Norwegian Encore

We decided to try a large ship for the first time cruise. We did a river cruise some years ago and enjoyed it, but NCL truly messed up. 2 days prior to departure, NCL informs us one of our trips was canceled and the were going to hold onto the money, rather than crediting it back to my credit card. Had to speak to them for an hour to get the refund. Some weeks prior to leaving, our ...

It's been at least 10 ten years since we took a cruise. we just happen to be in fla. And decided to drive to miami and take a cruise, the weather hadn't been good in jan/feb. and don't get me started on the non spa. i guess those tired moms don't deserve a little break. the worst rub down i've ever had, along with the up, up, up sell to possible other treatments that you didn't need. there ...

As a veteran Cruiser (Over 30 cruises) I have become pretty comfortable with cruising. There aren't a lot of surprises. This is one though. The first thing I noticed that this was going badly was when we could not make any reservations for dinners. Unlike every other ship there is no specific dining room that you go to for dinner. Instead there are about 6 individual restaurants that ...

We went a weekend and we really had a good time because in the end it's a vacation but inside the cruise very bad service the food was fatal too many people to such an extent that there were endless queues I would never repeat. You had high expectations and I left very disappointed it's really my experience I made the mistake of not checking the comments first and for me the worst thing was that ...

Staff Was Terrific But Cruise Missing A Lot

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on Celebrity Summit

User Avatar

Over 20 cruises with Celebrity. No typical champaign greeting...No playing cards at the concierge. No invitations to anything. The maitre de went far beyond the call of duty, as did the waiters...but all their fine service couldn't help the flavorless food and lack of choices. The entertainment in the bars and lobby areas were tolerable, but the stage performances were lackluster. The ...
