We chose this ship because we had never cruised with Norwegian before.
We booked a suite because we like the extra service and extra room space. This ship had no extra service and virtually the same space as balcony rooms on other ships.

This is a cruise if you want to party, which was not my case.

Got a decent price for the family for a quick getaway. Staff was un friendly and apathetic. Beds had no fitted sheets, bottom sheet to short, found myself on bare mattress on several occasion. Also no mattress covers on bed. comforter under duvet had not been washed, edges were brown and disgusting. Several times comforter slipped from duvet and came in contact with my face.

I thought Norwegian Curise line would be an excellent vacation even if it cost more than other cruise lines. I paid everything up front. I had the top drink package, paid gratuities. I was extremely familiar with NCL as I had over 10 cruises with them. Embarkation went smooth at the Miami terminal and was on the ship with 30 minutes of arrival at the port. The excursion on Coco Cay/Nature Walk was a rip off!! The 1/2 block walk is open to the public and the only thing the "tour guide" pointed out was 5 trees, 2 lizards and taught us a dumb song.
The ship is dated and entertainment quite boring.
The statesman for our group of rooms was rude. Room should have been cooler.

Sorely disappointed in Norwegian, who position themselves at the higher end of cruise lines.
