I am disappointed with overcharging under gratuities and 30 minute massage.
63.29 tip for every activity including for a 6 dollars spent at laundry.
Sand bar charge of 11.43 has a 53.28 tip.
Oslo glass wine charge of 109.78 is excessive.
This is all in addition to maximum tip I gave to server staff of three and to host who took care of our room.

Our first family cruise. Boat was a small city, lots to do, way too much food. Very smooth, it didn’t feel like we were on a boat.

For the most part we enjoyed the ship. Our Steward Wiji was amazing. The food was fairly good. We enjoyed the buffet more than the dining room. Summary: Like the title suggests this is a resort at sea. The ship is more interesting than the ports, so shore excursions and visits are an option. Newer, bigger and packed with more things than her sister ships - Symphony is phenomenal. If you don't like crowds - don't follow the crowd. We found quiet spots and not so crowded venues simply by not following the crowd.
