Worse cruise ever! Over packed, poor service and poor quality of food and entertainment.

1. The ship was over packed every turn every where every single time at the elevator it was horribly congested and uncomfortable and people were complaining in the elevators 2. Never used the adult pool once since it was over crowded every day all day 3. No night club accept for a bar in the middle of the smoke fest cacsino which is not a night club 4. Boring everything was booked for all ...

The VV experience

I chose this cruise mainly for the ship and the fact it’s adults only. I wanted to experience how modern it was. The ship is so Aesthetically pleasing and very modern and user friendly. I have nothing bad to say about the crew. They were amazing. I will say that the vibe on the ship is mixed really weird with guest and I will not be doing VV again in the states. I heard overseas is a much ...

Music/Entertainment was incredible!

Virgin has disruped the cruise industry by doing away with the "regal" nature of it and modernizing the entire experience. From tablets in your rooms to no more stuffy formal nights and formal dining, this is the way cruising in 2023 should be! And, the absolute best part - the entertainment! From Cirque De Soleil levels of acrobatics, to comedy shows to excellent live music! In particular for the ...

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Carnival Sunrise

I choose this cruise because it was for my birthday and also I wanted to go to Grand Turks. This was a 5day cruise and it was the worst experience I have had with carnival. I have cruised for over 20yrs and nothing like this. Most areas of the boat did not have air conditioning. Most if not all of the ice machines were broken daily. I’ve cream machines were out of order. Some cabins did not have ...

We had nine in our travel party, and everyone could find something to do. (The youngest was 13 and the oldest early 60's.). We all really enjoyed the aqua show and ice-skating show. We did not see Grease in the Royal Theater. The live music around the ship was excellent. We all especially enjoyed Central Park and would love to see if they could add more seating there for the music without ...

Horrible! This was my first cruise ever. After this experience, it is now my mission to tell my friends, family, associates, and just anyone mentioning a cruise to never use this cruise line. The price that they charge vs what you get in return is definitely a grift. I was on the Freedom of the Seas and paid for the stateroom the only thing that was good was the ocean and that is because they do ...

My wife and I have done numerous cruises on RCCL and NCL, of various lengths and on ships of various sizes. We were curious to try the Virgin Voyages experience, and we’re so glad we did! Comparing VV to other mainstream cruise lines, VV blew us away and easily stood out as the best food, entertainment, and ship decor by far. We feel that all future cruises will be compared to our incredible ...

We chose Virgin based on their marketing (new ships, amazing /unique food, luxury feel, NO CHILDREN) etc. We were also entertaining the idea of sailing one of their Med or Grecian cruises and thought we would try a shorter trip to assist us in making our decision. I tried booking reservations via their app approximately two months prior to sailing. Unfortunately, I was told by customer service ...

Miami port no planes. The music was so loud and pulsating it was hard to hear conversation and after awhile concentrating was challenging when reading. Dinner reservation were a challenge. The app that you had to use for everything wasn’t working more than it was. Went to pool was so crowded the music to loud tit was so crowed I left. The Spa was great my massage was terrific! The food was good ...

Went on a post first year of college done cruise with my daughter and mom. Looking forward to the adult experience but the experience fell horribly short. Not sure why Virgin is getting all these awards. I’ll keep it simple, the good, the bad and the ugly. The Good Solo cabins, no double occupancy penalty! This is one reason why I want Virgin to become a disrupter in the industry. Bento ...
