Scarlet Lady: Clear Bathroom Door?

Review for a Caribbean - All Cruise on Scarlet Lady

February 2-7, 2024 Scarlet Lady Sweet Aft Suite We discovered a deal-breaking problem only after boarding Scarlet Lady as “Rockstars” on our recent cruise with Virgin Voyages. The Rockstar suite beds DO NOT SEPARATE! The bathroom doors are clear glass: the toilet and shower are both clearly visible from the main bedroom. Very poor communication: Not a word from ...

2024 / 2025 KLOVE Cruise out of Miami

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on MSC Divina

This was my first cruise ever, and an exciting opportunity to celebrate my 25th wedding anniversary. I have been a long time listener and donor of KLove, and was thrilled to be on an all Christian cruise. Unfortunately, some of our experiences were beyond words, and we couldn't get off the ship fast enough. The MSC Web Check-in process was never fully accessible, so many phone calls had to be ...

Nice ship with flaws

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on MSC Magnifica

Have sailed twice on MSC and enjoyed yacht club. We booked a suite on deck 9 and had the Top 16 area to enjoy. The suite had some rust on the bathroom and the plastic shower curtain I had thought was a nasty memory from the past. I’m a size 4, 5’3” and had difficulty managing to shower. The bed was comfortable. Balcony was small. The TV channels are limited and CNN just doesn’t offer unbiased ...

Definitely is a BUDGET CRUISE LINE

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on MSC Magnifica

My boyfriends' first cruise, so he didn't think it was so bad. I have been on only 2 others, both Carnival, and this paled in comparison. The boat itself and interior were totally nice!!! Not the issue. Issue is paying for an upgraded drinks package on a ship with a dozen bars and only 1-2 of them open for most of the day. The beer selection is a joke. One...ONE....bar had multiple beers on ...

Dated ship and poor food quality

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Oasis of the Seas

I sailed Oasis of the Seas for 7 nights last week. The ship left from Miami on 1-21 and returned on 1-28. Overall the cruise was fine but I couldn't help but leaving disappointed. I sailed Oasis years ago when it was new and the largest ship in the world. A couple of years later I sailed on the sister ship, Allure of the Seas. Both ships were outstanding back then. It's hard to believe that ...

Disappointed in all

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on Carnival Conquest

Picked this cruise with 4 of my other friends - when I say for a first time cruiser i was NOT impressed. The buffet was minimum - the restaurant service along with the food was very displeasing with the portions and just feeling rushed to put your order in. This was a small cruise line but the amount of people it held wherever you walked to/ went it was packed constantly- waiting in lines ...

Mixed Impressions of Virgin Voyages Cruise Line

Review for a Caribbean - All Cruise on Scarlet Lady

My recent experience with Virgin Voyages Cruise Line left me with mixed feelings. While certain aspects of the cruise were commendable, there were several areas where improvements are needed for a more satisfying journey. Starting with the positives, the embarkation and disembarkation processes were incredibly smooth. From the moment I arrived at the port to the time of leaving the ship, the ...

Fine, but Ugly Passenger Behavior

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on MSC Divina

We chose this for its itinerary, and it was good. We loved Cahuita Nation Park in Costa Rica. We did tow out of the ay tours in Jamaica, but hit a traffic jam on the way back that messed up our final olans. Captain Roger;s catamaran in Roatan was superb. Tortuguero canal allowed us to see more animals. The private island is surprisingly pleasing. My daughter puts it well: MSC is Carnival for ...

We've just got off the Encore and I wanted to write a detailed review. This is going to be a long one so don't start reading if you haven't got a lot of free time! I hope this helps those who are considering booking NCL / Encore or have a cruise coming up. Before I start, I should explain that we are relatively new to cruising so my review may be somewhat amateur compared to some others... We ...

Not the best RC cruise I’ve experienced

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Explorer of the Seas

User Avatar

I choose this cruise as it was a “sisters” cruise and the timeframe was perfect. Getting to embarkation was harrowing! I can’t blame RC but the port of Miami needs to seriously address the ingress /egress and congestion. It took an hour to go the 4 miles from the hotel to the port! We had the Key, so once we arrived- we quickly boarded. Lunch for Key in the MDR was just ok. I was ...
