First Class Suite Experience is Second Rate

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Oasis of the Seas

I get it , RCL is cutting corners to increase revenue. But, it is becoming so obvious to everyone because of poor food quality and lackluster service. Boarding the ship is nothing special. There is a separate entrance for suite guests that simply dumps you in line with everyone else. I booked loft suite. It was very clean but furniture is showing its age. Loft bathroom has hot water the ...

MSC needs to include more North American food on their menu.

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on MSC Seascape

We stayed in the Yacht Club. Boarding was very impressive and smooth. A butler escorts you to the ship. The food options were less than satisfactory. The menu catered to Europeans. First cruise I lost weight. The Yacht Club restaurant was nice with exceptional views. All the employees at the restaurant delivered great service. Their private Island for Yacht Club was very impressive. MSC ...

The encore could have been much better.

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Norwegian Encore

The ship was way too big. The pool way too small for all the people. I am a big guy 6’8” 320 so water slides, go carts are out of the question. The drink package was good. Smoke cigars so the cigar lounge was very nice. Could have had a better cigars for sale. Room attendants were very friendly. The brew house is one of my favorites. Getting off the ship was not handled well. The haven takes up a ...

We booked the NCL Encore for our 20th anniversary with a group of 10 people. I have cruised before with Celebrity, but this was the first-time cruising for the majority of our group and my first time on Norwegian. Things that we liked: - Embarkment and Dis-embarkments were flawless - quick and easy - Room was a good size with a lot of storage - Balcony was a good size and allowed you ...

A large ship that feels crowded and small.

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Norwegian Encore

We chose the cruise for a family get together to escape the winter in the northeast. The Norwegian Encore trip was the perfect itinerary on a modern vessel. Once on board it simply seemed that there are too many passengers than activity accommodations. The pool is very small, smaller than the smaller NCL ships we had previously been on. The Sun decks were always crowded and not very big. NCL ...

Ship was well kept for an older ship. Our balcony stateroom was clean and nice. The cabin attendant ( Virasami ) was the best we ever had. Hard working (even when not around our cabin ) attending to our every need, and anticipating our needs. Food in the main dining room was ok. Our waiter Saka was accommodating to our needs and wants. Our head waiter Hans, was a character. Nice but over ...

Review for a Caribbean - All Cruise on Scarlet Lady

There was so much that could have been better about our Dominican Daze, Scarlet Lady cruise. Let’s start with the food. Virgin Voyages boasts that they DO NOT have buffets, however if you are not going to make things to order, then what makes your food better than a buffet? The Galley is what you would compare to other ships’ buffet areas. There are several areas in The Galley that serve ...

2024 / 2025 KLOVE Cruise out of Miami

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on MSC Divina

This was my first cruise ever, and an exciting opportunity to celebrate my 25th wedding anniversary. I have been a long time listener and donor of KLove, and was thrilled to be on an all Christian cruise. Unfortunately, some of our experiences were beyond words, and we couldn't get off the ship fast enough. The MSC Web Check-in process was never fully accessible, so many phone calls had to be ...

Nice ship with flaws

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on MSC Magnifica

Have sailed twice on MSC and enjoyed yacht club. We booked a suite on deck 9 and had the Top 16 area to enjoy. The suite had some rust on the bathroom and the plastic shower curtain I had thought was a nasty memory from the past. I’m a size 4, 5’3” and had difficulty managing to shower. The bed was comfortable. Balcony was small. The TV channels are limited and CNN just doesn’t offer unbiased ...
