First and Definitely not the last Virgin Voyage

Customer service was amazing, food was great! Can’t wait to come back. In the Galley service was incredible. Was always greeted with great smiles and attentive staff. Thayna was always extremely welcoming and very attentive with my orders and provided great recommendations for what to do on the ship and off the ship. Met a lot of staff but she was definitely one of my favorite crew members on this ...

Great cruise, bringing MSC in line with USA lines

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on MSC Divina

We've cruise a range of lines before, including princess, celebrity , carnival, RCL and NCL. This cruise was great, highly comparable to NCL, Royal and Carnival, but not as good as princess or celebrity. Hopefully this review is useful and debunks some of the other more critical reviews. Pro's..... - Large, clean and modern cruise ship - Lots of great bars and lounges - No ...

Awful ship, mediocre food.

Chose mostly for low price. But ship was really substandard from the start. No soap in bathroom dispenser , no washcloths, 2 towels for 3 people. We called twice in 2 hours, since we wanted to shower before going to dinner. Wound up eating in sweaty shorts since towels and soap kept not coming. No outlets by bed, so you can't charge your phone while reading yourself to sleep or answering emails. ...

Overall, we enjoyed our cruise. Food was good, and Pizza was amazing! Staff very helpful and friendly (except Spa).. Tours we took were amazing. Highly recommend the Sloth tour in Costa Rica. Some of the shows were fantastic and some not so good. We booked a cruise while on this cruise for 7 nites on their new ship "Seascape" This was our first on MSC. Been on 20+ cruises. What you see below ...

First timer ready for round 2

This was my first ever cruise, and EVEN with the obstacles that were endured more or less, I'd 100% do it again. We sailed right before Hurricane Nicole hit, there were a few moments we hit some showers of rain from it but it was still so smooth. The over all experience was phenomenal. The only negative complaint I have are the app and there being a few... not nice people on board that just did ...

Sceptic Turned Promoter!

Review for a Caribbean - All Cruise on Scarlet Lady

I grew up vacationing on cruise ships. My husband is an avid boater and captains his own boats in the Caribbean often. He has always been a cruise ship skeptic and refused to vacation on one because he'd rather "be the master of his own destiny and not be herded around". For my birthday I convinced him that a Virgin Voyage would be an acceptable first cruise for him. After about 10 mins onboard ...

The good and not so good, depending on your age!

Cruise was a freebie, YAY! Thanks Wind Creek Casino and Virgin Voyages! These are my opinions alone. I am a gay female in my 50's from NYC and have been on 20+ cruises. The "NOT SO GREAT" if you are over 55 ish...: #1-Megaphone blaring at you when arriving on board, we found it tacky and obnoxious. #2- If you are not computer savvy and/or have old phones, signing onto network and ...

Slightly disappointing

I'll start with the PROs. This is a very different cruise, with an adult only retox ideology, it certainly grabs your attention from the start. Customer Service at the port of Miami was SUPERB, but to be honest I forgot about them once I boarded the ship (and not in a good way). The food was "good" for being food, but excellent for being CRUISE FOOD. The deserts were amazing. And THE ...

Great experience

This adults only cruise had great food. The only thing is needed is more entertainment options and a variety. The overall experience was great, the ship was clean and the room was amazing. The service was great and our concierge J was amazing he asked daily if we needed anything and made sure our room was stocked. I can't wait to go on another Virgin Voyage where I hope that they step up the ...

Virgin Voyages is the Best Cruise Line Hands Down!!!!

We have been on many cruises, but after experiencing the magic of Virgin Voyages, we will never sail with anyone else. This was an anniversary trip for my husband and I, and the ship had such a fun, relaxing vibe, which suited us perfectly. The customer service was second to none, and the food was the best we have had on any cruise line ever!! All of the specialty restaurants are included at no ...
