We got got home this morning after what I can only describe as being one of the best experiences of my life. I cannot wait to book my next voyage. The food was next level good. The butter chicken in razzle dazzle is so good I got 2. A huge appreciation to Agung here. The wake is incredible, extra virgin is fantastic, our favourite was gunbae so we went twice! There was not 1 thing I ate all week ...

***This was an inaugural travel agent event*** Embarkation was pretty smooth, was on the ship by 1130am. Will post review by topics Food: The main dining room menu was decent. Coconut shrimp was the best appetizer. Buffet area on deck 17 was only on one side, small. Chairs were big booty friendly. The chairs for the high tops are not big booty friendly. :) Food was ...

I and two friends took advantage of a promotion that let us each have our own Sea Terrace staterooms. I loved the room set-up, the tablet that controlled the TV, cabin lighting, even the curtains. There was a nice selection of free movies and series for when I wanted to chill. The bed itself was one of the best of the many cruises I've been on. I wish the cabin had a coffee maker...I prefer at ...

Great first cruise

This was a great first time cruise. The onboarding was super easy, and the ship is gorgeous inside. There are plenty of activities to do, but make sure to plan ahead as many of the shows and activities run out of tickets. Same to be said about restaurants, make your reservations early so you don't miss out!! In particular GunBae was sooo much fun! The staff on board the ship were so helpful and ...

We decided it was time to experience our first cruise so we chose Virgin as we are Virgin Atlantic gold members and trust the company. The ship was great and our XL Terrace room 11 342A was really good. Definitely large enough and a good terrace. The restaurant food was nice however the service was lacking. On one occasion (The Wake) we had to queue to get in even though we had a reservation, ...

An honest review of Virgin Cruises from an avid cruiser. We did a 5-day on Scarlet Lady out of Miami going to Puerto Plata and Bimini. I have been posting amazing and fun pics and videos highlighting things we have found exciting the last few days on social media. The ship is very visual and photographs well. We have had a wonderful trip, we always enjoy our travels. That being said, Virgin is ...

Not Very Good....

The cruise was definitely different and not good at all. The staff was ok, but the entertainers were very rude and had bad attitudes. The food was ok, but we never knew what we were ordering. It was in a different language. The entertainment was the WORST we have ever seen.. a bunch of kids doing plays and stories that were ridiculous. Basically NO ENTERTAINMENT. There was no management ...

Family Escape from Hurricane Nicole

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Disney Dream

My ambition is to try at least one cruise on every cruise line serving North America, so I found a good last minute rate on the Disney Dream 5 night cruise from Miami to Castaway Cay and Cozumel, our first ever Disney Cruise Line cruise. We were fortunate to leave just ahead of Hurricane Nicole, and return after it passed. There were 7 in our party…my wife and I, her son, his wife and her ...

Best Cruise We've Been On!

We went on Virgin because we wanted a "no-kids" cruise to relax and have fun. I will say, it wasn't perfect and I think there are some things they could do to make it better but overall it was fantastic. It's an environment that's not for everyone but was definitely for us. If you want to party, there's a party. If you want to sit and relax all day, there's places to lounge all over. If you ...
