Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on MSC Seascape

I went in a 7 days trip with MSC seascape, the cruise ship it’s beautiful in general, the room was really small and tight, very uncomfortable, the pillows really uncomfortable as well and the restroom really small as well, but the room was clean. The staff member in the dinner restaurant (the green hale) Zukka was really attentive. Particularly, I expected more from this ship as I sailed ...

Noticeable Staff Shortage and Cutbacks

This is my 7th cruise with NCL and quite familiar with the product and overall services onboard. This cruise was at fully capacity, so it was packed alright. Food was mediocre since the restart with the cutbacks. Basic buffet food and dismal/non-existent salad bar. Restaurant food was a little better but overly salty, especially at Cagney's. Overall, it was a boring cruise and we were ready to ...

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Carnival Sunrise

I choose this cruise because it was for my birthday and also I wanted to go to Grand Turks. This was a 5day cruise and it was the worst experience I have had with carnival. I have cruised for over 20yrs and nothing like this. Most areas of the boat did not have air conditioning. Most if not all of the ice machines were broken daily. I’ve cream machines were out of order. Some cabins did not have ...

Cheap processed food, Belly Flop Finale

The staff were great and the nightly performances were good and Coco Cay was nice, when not too crowded. Outside of the main dining room, nearly every meal disappointed. First time cruiser, but under the impression they’re trying to make up lost profits by force feeding you rock hard fruit, waxy cheese, juicy-drink concentrate, and soapy bacon(?) First red flag was a $16 martini with a couple of ...

Poor Service, Terible Customer service

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on MSC Seascape

This ship was clean and well kept, although the service was horrible, from the main dining room to most of the bars. DO NOT book on the 15th floor, the buffet is on the next level and all night long the noise from the chairs being moved to the the dollies they use is unbearable. I booked four rooms and was embarrassed that I excepted these rooms for my group. MSC took my complaint but did nothing ...

We have cruised with different cruise lines over the last 15 years. Being a daughter of a Disney fanatic I had to try a Disney cruise for our grandkids. Let’s start with the positives. Our favorite bar to visit was Soul Cat Lounge. Isasias the Lead bartender is excellent and all of the hosts that work with him are the nicest and most friendly people ever! They really made our trip happy even ...

The cruise rocked the entire time and the tender to great stirrup cay also sucked because it rocked as well the food on the boat was okay nothing special though the only good thing that I ate was at osheehans and that was the wrangler burger and the wings but even then that kind of sucked everything closed super early and the adult only zone only allowed kids in and if the kids didn't go in then ...

The room choice is so important!

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on MSC Seascape

Our first cruise we selected MSC Seascape. The ship is beautiful and the destinations are too! We booked a balcony room mid-ship on the 15th floor. Initial embarking, the striking size and decor of the ship were all phenomenal! The first night in the cabin are sleep was interrupted every hour or so by what sounded like a a large sump pump with air restricted so it resembled a horn. When it was ...

Review for a Caribbean - All Cruise on Scarlet Lady

From the beginning, the check in process was chaotic at best. Fortunately, we did a status match from NCL that got us priority embarkation which was priceless for our sailing. Once on the ship, it was a total chaos and good luck trying to find VV crew for directions. Since we booked last minute, we were not able to make any dining reservations so we finally found sailor services to help get us ...

Buckle up, folks, this is a long one... On May 21, after much research and planning, we excitedly boarded the Scarlet Lady for what would be my 31st cruise and my boyfriend’s 16th cruise. As avid cruisers, we were quite excited to see for ourselves about the hype surrounding Virgin Voyages. EMBARKATION: Signs of trouble began at embarkation, when staff began letting everyone know that ...
