Cabin- we had a nice balcony along with lots of space. 5 stars for that. Food- main dinning room was not good, at all. Whole wheat pasta for kids, is that a joke? Nope. Embarkation: VERY GOOD. We were on the ship within 25 minutes of dropping off our bags. Note for when sailing out of San Francisco, the port is off The Embarcadero and there was heavy traffic getting to the pier. We bid on an upgrade and were successful. Initially we were in a penthouse suite on Riviera deck. Room was too noisy to sleep so we requested a move. The food and service was wonderful. Panana Canal was the Panana Canal. Cartegena was lovely as was Huatulco. I chose this cruise because it was a good value for the money I paid for it. It was my 2nd time on Princess. I would cruise with this line again but it is not my favorite.
