Worst. Service. Ever.

Review for Grand Princess to Mexican Riviera

We really liked our mini suite cabin location (E729). And the food was delicious, as always. But except for a very small handful of staff/crew, and an amazing bunch of passengers we met on board this cruise , this was actually the worst cruise, out of 20, that I've ever been on. Staff/crew was anywhere from dismissive to our requests (like...a basket of rolls at dinner in anytime dining or ...

We picked this cruise to go with some friends who were also cruising. It also is conveniently located to some family so we could maximize our vacation over the holiday. This was my first time on carnival. Embarking the ship was so easy and not a long process at all! Very fast and friendly! The cruise director and entertainment staff were very fun and entertaining. The Motown show was very fun. ...

We have taken many cruises but this was our first time on carnival. I would like to summarize my families pros and cons in hopes of helping others. 1. Boarding in Long Beach- was easy, took an Uber to the port, was dropped off right near the entrance and was even able to board early. We had a noon board time and we were on board by 11am. 2. The rooms- felt much smaller than NCL, RCCL ...

Review for Carnival Panorama to Mexican Riviera

I thought this would be a nice cruise considering the ship was new and I really enjoyed my last Mexican Riviera Cruise on Royal Caribbean. ( Yes it was a long time ago) The ship is new and this was it's second voyage and that's where the fun ends. Honestly the best part of this cruise was going ashore at the 3 stops. The problem started right from the beginning, 4 room keys were left at ...

Worst. Carnival. Experience. Ever.

Review for Carnival Panorama to Mexican Riviera

We chose this cruise because we cruise with carnival in the past and really enjoyed the experience we’ve had. We knew that this was going to be the inaugural cruise for the panorama and we’re super excited to get on board with a balcony room. Our experience all started off with our luggage being delivered and having a Broken shoulder strap caused by the luggage delivery service that carnival ...

We are cruiser's, it's not our first rodeo. We took our 2 grandkids, ages 6 and 8 years old boys Food; there is not much food for kids. Dinners were caribbean, french in lido buffet. There is pizza. They make them two at a time, cut them in 4 pieces each and serves 4 people two pieces each. they make grilled cheese, but they don't grill them, they toast them with mayo inside. Not good. Long ...

Bad food and constant vibration in the cabin almost knocking me out of bed

Review for Eurodam to Mexican Riviera

I cruise on holland america because they are the line that Legendary Blues Cruise charters. I would NEVER pay to go on this line otherwise. This last trip, end of october 2019, was especially bad. The food, especially the desserts and baked goods, were a travesty! While there was occasionally a decent item- flourless choc. cake, the popover rolls on the salad bar, I found most items to range ...

An emergency room visit was necessary as a result of Diesel fume poisoning while on a Carnival cruse out of Los Angeles returning 8/1/2019. I Wanted Carnival to pay me the $232.00 hospital cost I incurred after returning home. I was asked by Carnival to provide documentation and I did. They ran me in circles for 2 months. When all of there requests were satisfied they ignored me. There customer ...

Vacation from hell - never again

Review for Carnival Imagination to Mexican Riviera

This wasn’t our first cruise experience, but will for sure become the last on Carnival Imagination. The stinkiest ship ever. The nauseating blend of urine, bleach, old furniture, filthy carpets was so horrendous that I had to hold my breath when we first stepped on board. I should have left right then. We stayed on deck 7, right by the guest services. The room and bathroom were so stinky that I ...

Review for Carnival Splendor to Mexican Riviera

As an experienced travel agent I had not sailed with Carnival since 1989. We decided to try again, much to our dismay. There was nothing except the steak house to commend this cruise. The dining service was in some cases energetic but without adequate training poorly provided. The food was of poor quality. The music sources all had bass turned up so much above the rest of the music that all ...
