Vilking staff were so helpful kind and efficient. Really wonderful. Food was well presented and consistently good. Regional dishes/wine/beer are included when possible. We were aboard the Viking M/S Antares for a Nile River cruise, round trip from Luxor. The Viking tour actually begins and ends in Cairo with land excursions.
