Uniworld Cruise - a fantastic trip

Review for a Europe - River Cruise Cruise on River Countess

This was our second Uniworld Cruise and we would definitely travel with them again. The staff were friendly & professional, the service was exceptional as was the food and the boat itself. The itinerary was well thought out & executed and covered all highlights relevant to the areas visited. The cabins were well appointed as were the public areas of the boat. All excursions were well organised ...

Wonderful Cruise Celebration, Great Itinerary

Review for a Europe - All Cruise on River Duchess

We have cruised with Uniworld two years ago from Budapest to Passau and decided we wanted to do this cruise which actually started in Amsterdam and ended in Bucharest. WE had 21 days on the ship and 2 nights in Bucharest. We also did the pre cruise in Amsterdam, which was the only disappointment of the trip. So I want to get that out of the way first. We booked the pre cruise tour in ...

Exceeded our Expectations

First Time Cruiser • Age 70s

This was our first river cruise and we chose Uniworld because of its all inclusive nature. We booked our own travel and stayed for 3 nights in Amsterdam prior to boarding the ship. When we did board mid day, we were welcomed and shown around and encouraged to partake of the lounge offerings and lunch (and on the day of debarkation the guests were encouraged again to stay for lunch and hang out in ...

Wonderful time on our 25th anniversary

Review for a Europe - River Cruise Cruise on S.S. Antoinette

The SS Antoinette was a beautiful ship and the personal service was so impressive. We stayed on the upper deck with a balcony that had an automatic window that we loved to open and watch the river go by at night. The staff on board quickly learned our names and our favorite cocktails each day. We arrived thinking that the two of us just wanted to spend our 25th anniversary alone because we have ...

This was our 3rd Uniworld river cruise and our 6th river cruise overall. We have enjoyed every river cruise we have ever taken, but have stayed with Uniworld after our travel agent recommended that we switch to them. Uniworld's service is wonderful. The excellent service starts the moment you get within eyesight of the embarkation area. The crew take your luggage and usher you onboard to a ...

Tulips!

My "bucket list" contained Tulips, and I satisfied it with this cruise! Keukenhof Gardens was simply an amazing place. Even in inclement weather the tulips just "sparkle". Upon inquiry, Cruise Director Rik set us up with a wheelchair, for which there was no charge! Otherwise, as an elder, I could hardly have seen very much (my adult granddaughter pushed me around for spectacular ...

Perfection once again

Review for a Europe - River Cruise Cruise on Joie de Vivre

This was our second Uniworld river cruise. The Joie de Vivre is as beautiful as the pictures! Of interest to many are the beautiful fabrics used throughout the boat. Would love to go again after the new furniture is broken in. Thinking squishy, soft seating where one could curl up with a book. A favorite activity when we were on the SS Antoinette. Highlights were the Normandy and the Monet's ...

Wonderful ship, wonderful crew, wonderful itinerary

Review for a Europe - River Cruise Cruise on Joie de Vivre

The Joie de Vivre lives up to its name. From the luxurious bedding to the push-button draperies and windows and the marble bathroom, the cabin exemplifies the joy of living well. The whole is beautifully decorated with the comfort of the passengers always considered. There were a couple of small glitches, the bathroom floor warmer did not work and the entry waterfall gave out after the first day; ...

Joie de Vivre - An Elegant Lady

Review for a Europe - River Cruise Cruise on Joie de Vivre

Normandy has been on list for quite some time and we decided to take advantage of a Uniworld offer on their newest ship and visited Normandy in mid April. We began our trip in Lyon and then spent a few nights in Paris before taking a taxi to the ship from our hotel in the 9th. All in all, we had a very pleasant experience, with a few missteps. Itinerary highlights: - Giverney was just ...
