Not Family Friendly

Review for Princess Royal to Caribbean - All

No swimming for small children even with a swim diaper! Hard to get milk for children, even from room service. No change tables. No wipes or diapers for sale. Some staff are friendly but some see children as an annoyance. We were married on a princess ship but clearly are not welcome now we have children. I’m very saddened by this trip as I expected a 5* experience. We paid ...

We wanted a Christmas cruise. They excelled in providing a wonderful experience. Decorations superb, staff over the top, entertainment delightful, food and wine very good. We had great table mates from all over Europe and made our trip even more delightful. The ship was beautiful. The cabin large and inviting. Dining in all the venues was a delight. The special Italian dinner in Alfredo's with the ...

Cruise okay, organization deficient

Review for Irrawaddy Princess II to Asia River

First Time Cruiser • Age 30s

A Myanmar travel agent booked the cruise for us. The cruise was booked to start in Mandalay,(a place worth exploring at least for two days). The ticket voucher indicated a jetty for embarkation which is actually in Sagaing, a town across the river, all the while pretending that the trip would start in Mandalay. It also recommended the Tint Tint website for further information. This website ...

This is the first time i've been on an extended cruise across the Mediterranean Sea. It was a very memorable one which is why i'm looking forward for more cruises to join. There is great variety in the food served and the quality is good. It catered to various folks of a diverse age from all walks of life. Dining arrangements and decorations were excellent. The staff were warm and friendly. The ...

New Year's Cruise Irrawaddy River, Myanmar

Review for Makara Queen to Asia River

We spent 3 wonderful nights from Bagan to Mandalay(Mingun-Sagaing)slowly cruising along the Irrawaddy River. Each day the ship stopped to visit interesting places,(native villages), temples and pagodas with a ship tour director. We traveled by horse carts, bus, and water taxi. Corralling the guests was no easy task as shopping was always readily available and easy reach from the ship at each ...

This is the second cruise I have taken with Tint Tint Travel and Tours. The Makara Queen was refurbished in 2015 and everything is brand new - new rooms, new bathrooms, etc. We were with a group and had rooms on the third deck. One couple had to suite which was lovely. All of the rooms and bathrooms were very nice and way better than I expected. The staff went above and beyond to make the ...

Primitive, shabby but a nice experience

Review for RV Yandabo to Asia River

User Avatar

6-10 Cruises • Age 60s

The RV Yandabon is a tiny ship, just 4 cabins 1 up and 3 on the main deck. Reportedly used to train crew members for the line's other ships. You go up from the main deck (galley location, and 3 cabins, and cabins for the crew?) to the partially-open top deck where there are lots of loungers, a dining room/bar, and another cabin (ours). That's it! Small intimate is the way to put it. As ...
