Our room concierge was great and very kind. About the only thing on the cruise though. Food, I travelled with someone who was gluten intolerant. Mashed potatoes are one of the items she can eat. Our cruise departure from NYC was delayed by 2 hours due to the previous cruise experiencing “bad weather.” We were scheduled to be in Bermuda Tuesday-Friday morning. This is a terrible ship if you are at all sensitive or averse to cigarette smoke. The casino is the center point of the ship and you have to pass it if you want to eat or shop etc. It’s just a floating casino don’t be fooled. I had to stay in my stateroom a lot to avoid the smoke.
