NCL canceled Sardina, spent 2 days at Florence port which does not allow for liqour to be served. Food was disgusting and cheap, employees seemed crabby and overworked, entertainment was limitted and poor quality. Sailed previously on NCL Encore to Alaska, and it was fabulous. The Epic, however needs to be dry docked - or sunk. The service was terrible. The food in most instances was deplorable. Celebrity has gone downhill in every way possible, their employees are disengaged & the service is no where close to where it was in the past. The American Queen was unorganised, some of the staff did not know what to do, shortage of staff in dining room, so bad we used the buffet like lots of other guests . Wow! We spent a fortune sailing in the Yacht Club. Expected it to be like Norwegian Haven or Celebrity Retreat.
