This cruise was in Canada in an area that we hadn't seen before & we didn't have to fly overseas.
It started in Quebec City overnighting there. It was really hot in Quebec & we took a walking tour that was supposed to be moderate but many of us couldn't keep up with the tour guide. Someone ran ahead to ask her to slow down.
Every night we ate dinner with guests sharing a table in the dining ...
We are a family of four whose cruise had been delayed by two years with Covid restrictions. We were nervous pre cruise as we had to take Lateral Flow Tests before boarding. The process at embarkation was seamless. A lot had to be done on the app which some passengers may find daunting. Although the ship is not one of the new all bells and whistle ships it was beautifully kept just large enough ...
I originally booked an Oasis cruise in 2019 for 2020, fast forward post Covid and here we are, same ship but a slightly different 9 day itinerary than we first had. Cape Liberty was painless, we had a check in of 10am, arrived at the port at 9:40, dropped off our luggage and parked in the building lot next to the ship, we passed security got checked in and then sat and waited until the ship was ...
Why so many complaints? If you don’t want to see any signs of rust and wear, go on a brand new cruise ship! This ship is 18 years old and they were constantly painting and repairing everywhere during our cruise. Many of the areas have new carpet, new furniture and the ship was spotless in all the bathrooms, common areas and restaurants.
I think some cruisers got a little spoiled pre-pandemic ...
We took this cruise to travel with Canadian friends to Alaska, we’re from the UK. Sadly the main problem is the fact we’re from different countries, we were not able to book dining to eat together. There seemed to be no solution to not being allocated a dining table together other than queueing for up to 40 mins, despite having our bookings linked. August was not a good time to escape noise, ...
I really wanted to enjoy this cruise. I did. To be honest, my family and I had a great time and enjoyed each other's company in our first family vacation since the bulk of the pandemic has (hopefully) in the rear view mirror. What brings folks together is often a common problem - in this case the cruise line, staff, and food.
Embarkation and Debarkation were well oiled machines. Well ...
This was our first cruise on Princess. While we've been on over a dozen cruises, all have been on Royal Caribbean. We chose this particular cruise because it was the only one that departed from Quebec City during the time we wanted to sail.
Embarcation was very smooth. We arrived at our designated check-in time and were able to walk straight through the entire check-in process, including ...
Hello all, although we are only returned from our trip a couple of days and still catching up on life, I thought I should get something on the boards based on the recent conversation about no comments from Britannia passengers.
A short bit about us, husband and I are 62 and 57, retired, live in the Sarasota/Bradenton area of Florida. We take 4-6 international trips per year, and travel by ...
We have cruised with P&O a few times in the past and they are usually better than some cruise lines for food and destinations. Although this was the most expensive cruise we have ever been on (at over £20k for a group of 4) it was by far the worst in terms of the cruise experience provided by P&O. They have cut back service in many areas (presumably to cut costs) but have completely lost sight ...
The Navigator is a Beautiful ship.
Easy parking at the port. $20 a day.
We had a balcony cabin on deck 12. Cabin 1888.
Entertainment on board was Vegas quality. We loved all of the shows.
Dining- Main dining was a 6/10. Service great. Food soso. But I am a spoiled by cruising higher end cruise lines.
Windjammer buffet was okay. Nothing special.
On deck Mexican food was ...
