Chose this cruise on a bit of a last minute special. We got Balcony Cabin for a great deal. I was a little skeptical due to the other reviews but don't listen to those negative cruisers.
This was a fantastic cruise for my wife and I and worth every penny. The ship is bit older but still in great shape, clean, and serviceable where it counts.

Coming from Chicago, we arrived the prior evening in Ft. Lauderdale and stayed at the Hampton Inn on Las Olas Blvd. They have an airport shuttle til 11pm. We were on the Regal Princess from 1/26/20 - 2/16/20. The weather was wonderful all three weeks, only a bit of rain on each of the Saturday sea days en route to Fort Lauderdale.

We are just back from a very nice 5 day cruise.
The ship looks great, we were last on board 3 years ago for a Baltic cruise.
Check in at New Orleans port was fine; we started the cruise off well with a Mojito at the Sugarcane bar and then went to the open main dining room and had a very nice lunch to start off. Cabins were ready about 1:30.
