Excellent cruise from Rio to Lisbon. Very friendly staff. Atmosphere is upscale-casual: Few men wore sport jackets at any time. The ship was excellent and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. The only detractors were the distances from port to excursion destinations for a few places. 2-3 hour journey times were often the case. We didn’t go to Bangkok or Ho Chi Minh because of this. A basic cruise that went just as expected. This is not the largest or fanciest cruise but it is well maintained. The itinerary is what you can expect from a four night cruise. Our first cruise in 30 years and had a great experience overall. We were dropped off at the port terminal and an attendant checked our bags immediate. We went through check-in with only a 5 minute wait and were in our stateroom within 15 minutes of arriving at the port.
