Hadn't heard of this before, friend at church mentioned it & I booked it at last minute. Ship was great, cabin steward Wirat ("call me Wee") great service. Also great service from our Golden Olympian (gorgeous dining room) server Yadnya (called him YaYa). Showrooms like Venetian Palace or Flowers Lobby (w/glass elevator) were verrrry beautiful

As far as the cruise itself, this was par for the course for Carnival. I am Platinum with Carnival and while most cruises are fun regardless, I am disappointed in the direction Carnival is going. Have previously loved the “ silly” and felt well treated with the food. Presently main dining room offers are more like a Bob Evans…plenty of stew type or pasta dishes. Veggies are skimpy , overcooked and inexpensive. No real meat, starch , salad and good veggie meals.
Specialty restaurants are way overpriced except for the Lawn club..food there is excellent.

I loved just about everything in this experience. This Ship was immaculate. The employees were magnificent beyond words. The food was great, and plentiful. I wasn't impressed with Guy's Burger Bar...but there were plenty of other options for food. My rooms was cozy, pleasant, temperature-controlled, and made the evening's rest just a delight.

we decided to try Celebrity after reviews and friends stated they were high end and food was great. We were disappointed with the food. The dining room portions were small and selection just okay.
