The ship’s crew and the tour guides are helpful, friendly courteous and receptive to all your needs. Included tours are great and the phase is relaxed. I just wish a better entertainment after dinner is available not just a piano music but some kind of show like magic, stand up comedy or a singer or dancer (it doesn’t have to be famous).
