Not our favorite cruise, yet, this week's expedition offered rest and beautiful country in Washington, Idaho, and Oregon. The staff bombarded us with picky details and scheduling, more than was necessary. The boat was noisy and the companionways too chilly. Not many places to retreat and read. We choose this cruise if order to visit the Danube. Probably 7 or 9 days should be enough and the last part of the trip is not great enough as the 1st part. This type of cruising is not for the disabled as getting on and off the boat can be a real challenge especially when tied up next to another boat.
