On our first evening in suite 844 the vibration was dreadful. The entire bathroom vibrated, as did the bedroom. Worst of all was the bed vibrating. Our entire bodies shook. It was distressing and made us both feel almost sick. First thing in the morning my husband reported the matter, but somehow it was not seen as a complaint! After three visits to reception, we eventually got a member of ...
Everything on this trip was very safe and very clean.
The staff is top notch. Every cabin has a veranda, which is very nice.
We would have liked more different meals at the main restaurant.
Also, would liked to have even one meal at the specialty restaurant. These were not available to the least expensive (but still not cheap) tickets.
The tour of the Cordoba Marble quarry was really ...
Chose this cruise as we like Oceania, embarkation close to home, and because of the port calls around the North Sea and part of Southern Baltic.
The first port in Faroes was cancelled to everyone’s disappointment, replaced by Invergordon. Which I really enjoyed, to my surprise. Otherwise everything went to plan and we thoroughly enjoyed the mix of other ports, particularly Stavanger and Oslo. ...
We booked this cruise back in April 2021 when everyone was getting vaccinated for covid and thinking the pandemic would be long over by July of 2022 (silly us!) We thought it would be a great way to reconnect in person with relatives we had not been able to see since before the pandemic. We booked five cabins for ten people. Each couple came from a different part of the US; New York City, ...
I chose this cruise because the 7 day itinerary fitted in with a trip to Vancouver, Alaska and Seattle of nearly 4 weeks. And it went to 4 ports, whereas the premium lines only went to 3 ports in 7 days. And it had a lot fewer people, which is a great bonus. We booked in 2018 for 2020 (postponed to 2022) so we paid probably half of what it would have cost this year.
This was our first ocean ...
We booked this cruise on board in December 2019 just before COVID hit. Were looking forward to St. Petersburg which was dropped due to the war and overnights were added near the end of the cruise.
Service aboard was way above excellent. Food was back up to pre covid levels. OLife Excursions were good to excellent.
Because this cruise was low % of passengers, we noticed the upgrade of ...
We heard a lot about the quality of Windstar cruises and decided to check it out. It certainly met out wildest expectations .
We took a 5 day land tour of. Denali before embarking on the cruise in Juneau. The small ship provided a great intimate experience. The ship never felt crowded and we did not feel like we were in a herd of tourists. We were able to easily meet and make friends with ...
Chose this ship since it was going through the panama canal, across the atlantic and on to the mediterranean.
Worst staff ever! most staff were incompetent at their jobs, especially reception and pursers office.
Many staff were outright rude! we have never seen such widespread rudeness on a cruise ship.
Room steward LOCKED ME OUT on my patio and then blamed the door (said it locked ...
Our experience on the Quasar cruise aboard the M/Y Grace in the Galapagos, was sublime. Certainly, the Galapagos with its primeval landscapes and unparalleled opportunities to see wildlife up-close is unique. Just as certainly, the Grace is comfortable and elegant, with a timeless cozy charm, though not grandiose or ostentatious. The Galápagos Islands, seen from the home base of the M/Y Grace ...
Liked itinerary and had sailed with Oceania before.
Time in Bermuda was cut short.
Entertainment was sad.
Ocenia has changed since it sold out to big cruise line.
I would not travel with them again.
I felt like Ocenia nickled and dimed you every time they could.
As a fellow cruise guess said:
"They have already added a tip to everything and charged you for a Drink ...
