This cruise was originally chosen to see the Norway, Sweden, Finland and St.Petersburg, Russia. With Russia's invasion of Ukraine, Russia was no longer possible so Viking substituted two islands, Bornholm and Aland. Both sites were interesting but no match for losing St. Petersburg. Oceania is our cruise line of choice. Always top class dining , service, and Penthouse Suite cabins. Do not waste your money. You take a cruise to see things. Excursions cancelled, brochure makes it sound fabolous, not true in descriptions. Food is not that flavorful. Buffet - many times bowls were empty, very slow in getting soft drinks or drinks, all the food in every restaurant taste the same.
