The Magnifica crew provided Excellent service! I Chose to carry own luggage off ship however Debarking was very organized and quickly got off the ship in less than 15 minutes. In my opinion: Avoid this cruise and Oceania for the following reasons: 1) horrible crowd management - 2 hour lines shoulder to shoulder for onboard immigration process; 2) bad excursion experience overall - booked, some bad guides, insufficient coverage of areas, problem with availability, 3) some excellent and some very rude and inexperienced staff. While the staff and service was excellent, the very expensive excursions were mediocre at best. Staff was very attentive and pleasant. Wonderful cruise around Japan on Riviera. The redone ship is beautiful. The redone cabin and bathroom are top notch with tons of storage! I had empty drawers in both my room and in the bathroom.
