Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Adventure of the Seas

Royal Caribbean stateroom and dining options were a disappointment. We had a balcony room, the balcony was full of sandblasting dust on the chairs and table. The interior sofa was heavily soiled with stains and the carpet was dirty with red juice or wine stains. The wood cabinetry was grimy and sticky. RC should spend more time updating the interior of staterooms instead of building bigger boats. ...

Not your typical Norwegian Cruise

Review for a Hawaii Cruise on Pride of America

Norwegian should turn this ship into an artificial reef and do the marine environment some good. One should not judge Norwegian based on this review as we had cruised on several NCL ships in the past and have nothing but stellar service and wonderful experiences on each one. This is a great way to get a taste of Hawaii if you’re not interested in how you get there. Ship • Very small in ...

Review for a Europe - British Isles & Western Cruise on Ventura

Set sail on the 20th of May for a week, Multigenerational holiday. Our 2nd time on Ventura and will be the last. Very noticeable changes in a lot of areas since last sailing. Since our last sailing we were informed that Ventura was going to dry dock for refurb, this however was not the case as mostly this was for re painting and engine maintenance. The only obvious refurb was new carpet to some ...

Alaska is a must-do, HAL is a must-avoid

Review for a Alaska Cruise on Eurodam

My wife and I just returned from a 7-day trip on the Holland America Eurodam from Seattle to Alaska. At the top I will say Alaska is an absolutely must-do destination. Despite our issues with Holland America and the Eurodam, every single stop on the itinerary in Alaska brought at least one “wow” moment. Unfortunately, the ship and line we decided to sail with, the Holland America Eurodam, was a ...

Our worst ever cruise, never again with Holland America, a money grabbing fiasco.

Review for a Alaska Cruise on Koningsdam

Nice ship, pity about the rest. No evening entertainment, a dance trip for 45 mins twice and a 4 boys singing once in the “show room” doesn’t cut it. Cold food Always! and and the buffet room was way too small for 2500 people, a bun fight at the OK corral, never any seats, and that was whenever you went. Rolling Stones tribute band (120decibels) competing with a repetitive “blues band” (pity they ...

We have sailed on 15+ voyages. We have sailed on Premium lines such as Celebrity, Princess, Holland America and now Cunard, we have sailed on a specialty brand, Star Clippers and Luxury brands, Crystal and Azamara, we are not new to sailing. I had a bucket list item to take a Transatlantic on a Cunard ship for over 40 years. I was diagnosed with stage four cancer, and realized, if I did not do ...

I’m going to start with the positive : the bartenders , they were really good and amazing cocktails , that’s it ,my great grandmas didn’t speak English and no one spoke Spanish for them ,the boarding process was long and annoying and when getting to port getting of the ship took 2 hours ,the cabin had 3 bed not 4 and one of us had to sleep on the tiniest, most uncomfortable couch ever, that’s the ...

Simply the worst

Review for a Europe - Western Mediterranean Cruise on Norwegian Epic

User Avatar

NCL canceled Sardina, spent 2 days at Florence port which does not allow for liqour to be served. Food was disgusting and cheap, employees seemed crabby and overworked, entertainment was limitted and poor quality. Passengers appeared to cough more frequently as cruise went on, then we returned home tested covid positive. Breakfast at all restaurants was served cold and of poor quality, eggs over ...

Worst cruise ever

Review for a Europe - Western Mediterranean Cruise on Norwegian Epic

User Avatar

Sailed previously on NCL Encore to Alaska, and it was fabulous. The Epic, however needs to be dry docked - or sunk. The service was terrible. The food in most instances was deplorable. The cabins are very uncomfortable; barely any water pressure in the shower. Most of the entertainment previously advertised did not exist, Pricilla Queen of the Desert was not offered. The Beatles only played ...
