This was our first cruise, and coming off a cruisetour (Y4L) we had four days on the ship. We had an opportunity to upgrade to a Signature Suite from a Veranda and glad we did. This put us in room 6072 in the middle of the ship. We had a larger bathroom and room to spread out. The veranda was a wonderful place to view the glaciers on our day in Glacier Bay.
We ate at the Lido buffet for ...
If you have not done Alaska, put it at the very top of your bucket list. We did the Northbound on the Jewel plus the five day land tour from Seward to Fairbanks via Denali. All things being equal I would have preferred to do the land portion first, but only Northbound goes to Glacier Bay.
The number one reason for best cruise ever was out of NCL's hands, as it was the spectacular weather. The ...
I recently took a Disney cruise on the Disney Dream, a 4-day with stops at Castaway Cay and Nassau. I did not think I would ever take a Disney cruise. I’ve been on about 20 Royal Caribbean and Norwegian cruises and didn’t think I would ever spend the extra money for the Disney experience. But, now that I have, I’m glad I was able to see the difference and had a lovely cruise. I’ll try to ...
We previously sailed on the Disney Dream during a Bahamas cruise and loved the experience. When we decided to try Alaska this year, Disney was a no-brainer for our family. The Wonder, however, is a smaller ship than the Dream, as it is one of the two classic ships in Disney's fleet. Regardless, the Wonder was incredible, and we had an amazing time.

We loved our cruise on Liberty of the Seas . Prior to the cruise the website was easy to navigate and make plans.
We used a travel agency. But I made excursion and dinning choices online.
Our room had a balcony. I enjoyed many hours on it.
The staff were beyond gracious! If everyone treated each other like Liberty of the Seas staff treat people the world would be a better place. ...
A brilliant cruise to the Baltic. Crew brilliant, food and service excellent - first class: but within two days developed a cough along with several other passengers. In my case ended up with chest infection. Spoiled my holiday to some extent but no fault of the crew etc. Ships medical officer very good, and prescribed antibiotics. Is there an issue with this ships aircon or is this a general ...
We chose this cruise because it is within driving distance. Also, we did the same exact one last year, and we had a GREAT time. Embarkation went VERY well. I think that we were in Savor eating by 11:30. We parked at the port, which was expensive ($280).
The ship is beautiful and very clean! Every staff member who I interacted with was AWESOME! They always did their best to make us happy! ...
My balcony was upgraded by my husband to Haven as a surprise for our 10th anniversary and gift for my Birthday. It was an amazingly and unforgetable experience. I really loved it.
We were treated as Royalty with our Butler, Steward and Concierge.
Embarking was great as I was surprised with going to Haven for the first time and disembark was smoth.
The weather helped a lot. Sunny every day ...
Our first cruise ever was on our 25th wedding anniversary in 2002 on the Soveriegn of the Seas. My DW and I had never been treated so good. We did 2 other sailings with RCL as well as 2 with Disney, 2 with MSC, 1 with Princess. For this year's cruise we wanted to get back on RCL, so we booked the Allure. Never having been on a "Mega-Ship" we had concerns. We did our homework on the ship. DW and I ...
Initially very tentative about moving up to such a large ship with over 4000 passengers. Some reviews wailed about long lines before, during and after. But my wife convinced me it would be great... she was right.
Stayed in Manhattan the night before and decided not to go to the terminal until after embarkation had begun. So much better than standing for an hour waiting for security to open. ...
