The food was between poor and mediocre, many of the staff seemed bothered, or downright rude, and the public restrooms were disgusting. We will not cruise the Norwegian sun again. We never saw our room steward the whole trip. All he/she did was bring fresh towels daily and make or turn down bed. This was our 4th NCL cruise and will be our last. We are not big eaters, but enjoy a "snack" before going to bed. The buffet, under title "24/7", closed at 10:30. Chose this cruise to see Juneau, glacier bay and mendenhime glacier. Due to engine problems, we had a 12 hour delay leaving originating port of Vancouver Canada. We had mechanical issues so we left Vancouver 11 hours later than expected. Then was told we could only travel at ½ speed.
