Review for a Caribbean - All Cruise on Crown Princess

CARIBBEAN - CROWN PRINCESS - NOV-DEC 2019 Stayed previous night in B Ocean hotel and just used a private hotel shuttle to ship at U$8pp which we thought was reasonable. Medallion class which means you are given a disc instead of a card. It is quite handy in many ways but definitely is for the benefit of Princess. Be aware they are electromagnetic so do not use if you have a ...

Nice family Christmas cruise

Review for a Caribbean - All Cruise on Crown Princess

This was our 4th family Christmas cruise (all on different lines) and it was very nice. We had 7 of us ranging in age from 19 to 79 and we all enjoyed ourselves in 3 cabins, although 5 of the 7 of us are still fighting respiratory illness and we've been home for a week. We hired 2 Uber vehicles to get from FLL airport to the seaport and the price was $17 for one and $26 for the second with the ...

Great Christmas Break!

Review for a Asia Cruise on Sapphire Princess

This was a last-minute(ish) decision to go cruising somewhere guaranteed to be warm & intetesting over the Christmas break. Iglu was offering a decent package at a competitive price so we went for it! We'd not been on a Princess ship before and were pleasantly surprised by the overall standard of entertainment, the informal yet classy vibe, mix of fellow cruisers (mostly 50+ age group but also ...

The Amazon

Review for a South America Cruise on Seven Seas Mariner

We wanted to visit the Amazon. It was worth the price of many sea days (which we normally try to minimize). We just returned, arriving in Miami Jan 6, 2020. It was a solid 4 star experience, based on 20 cruises on 12 cruise lines. The all-inclusive feature is nice, although for those of us who don’t drink, free alcohol is not a benefit. Not being nickel-dimed is worth it, unlike certain cruise ...

Relaxing Christmas Cruise

Review for a Caribbean - All Cruise on Crown Princess

This was our first cruise in over 20 years so really a new experience for us. The ship was older but our room was clean, bed awesome, and food good. Using the Medallion is such a breeze and this truly makes everything so easy for you. We didn't go to many activities as the idea was for us to just read books and relax. I do recommend ordering the water package prior to the cruise since it was ...

Seas were rough, but what a blast!

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Norwegian Sun

We did a late Dec cruise, hoping to enjoy a little pre Christmas celebration. My husband, adult daughter and I got a " black Friday" special and snagged an inside cabin for 3 for a great rate. I don't really LIKE inside cabins, but it was a pretty last minute booking so I was happy just to go! Embarkation: We live in Florida so it was hop, skip and jump to Port Canaveral. We parked in Cocoa ...

Wonderful Miami Getaway

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on Navigator of the Seas

We chose a 4 night cruise on Navigator of the Seas now that it's gone through some pretty neat renovations. Of the 8 cruises I've done with Royal Caribbean, I do have to say this ship has the best pool deck out of all the other ships. The new renovation brought color and some interesting dinning options to the pool area. The hot tubs up next to the jogging track on deck 11 were also a great ...

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on MSC Divina

I was really nervous about this cruise given the poor reviews but it turned out to be an overall good experience for my husband and I. We live in Ohio so this short Bahamas cruise gave us a chance to escape an ice storm. MSC Divina is a really gorgeous and clean ship. Our balcony room was very spacious and modern looking. We loved using the indoor pool and appreciated the ample amount of hot tubs. ...

Short Cruise

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Island Princess

User Avatar

We wanted as short cruise before the Holidays and this fit the bill. It was quite unexpectedly an inexpensive cruise and as the price dropped, our agent was able to get us a refund and then an upgrade to a midship balcony. The ship is older and was built to sail through the old Panama locks, but she is very well kept. The balcony room was a bit smaller than other Princess ships We have sailed on, ...

Lovely Mini Suite 4 day Getaway

This was a quick cruise with 1 port - Amber Cove. The Island Princess was a beautiful ship, decorated everywhere for Christmas and the crew was fantastic everywhere we turned. The ship... The ship was in wonderful condition...the only imperfection I noticed was in our stateroom where they had obviously changed out artwork on a wall for a wall mounted large flatscreen TV....you can still see ...
