The crew seemed not to know their duties or responsibilities. Conflicting responses to questions. Getting off the boat for excursions led to a confrontation with one of the people directing the offloading. We were told that gold latitude members could get priority debarking on tender days. It wasn’t all bad, but I won’t cruise with Norwegian again. I much preferred my Royal Caribbean experience.

Never been on a cruise to the Caribean before and wanted something more than a 7-day vacation.
Embarking from New Orleans was a nightmare. It took over 3 hours to board and it was a complete mob scene. I had the full drink package but the bars were woefully understaffed, and the bartenders on duty only knew one speed...slow. So I really could not take advantage of this feature.
