Review for a Alaska Cruise on Emerald Princess

I was looking fir a British Isles Cruise and princess, who I have sailed with before appeared to be perfect, how wrong was I. Princess have introduced a medallion to assist you around the ship for those that worked I’m sure it helped but if it didn’t it seemed impossible to sort it out. From day one we had nothing but problems. The medallion is meant to unlock your cabin door, mine didn’t and i ...

Worst cruise boat I have been on.

Review for a Alaska Cruise on Emerald Princess

I chose this cruise for the region and Princess Cruise Line which I have cruised on in Alaska, Caribbean, and Mediterranean. The service and food on the past cruises were very good to excellent. This cruise has been a poor experience on the boat. The food in the dining room has not been very good and service was very slow. I visited the Explorer Lounge twice and had to go to bar to have someone ...

Originally we were to sail in May 2020, but rescheduled to May 2022. We chose the cruise for the ports. We spent a week in London and Southampton prior to the cruise. and due to the Jubilee, we were glad we did. First the good: unlike other reviews I’ve read, embarkation procedures were pretty organized. Through the Medallion app, I was able to get us to the green lane for boarding. (Weeks ...

I’m not typically a complainer but…. My parents were with me on their 18th Princess cruise. I was on my 3rd Princess cruise. Previously cruised Royal Caribbean. Medallion app is horrible. Worked randomly. This cruise was horrible compared to past Princess cruises. Did not always unlock the cabin door. Buffet food seemed to be the same most days and was tasteless and dry. Drink orders ...

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on Enchantment of the Seas

Enchantment of the Seas cruises out of Baltimore MD which is close to us. This was the first ship we had ever cruised on back in 2010. We enjoyed it back then because it's a smaller ship and we like that. It was also going to Bermuda for a day and we LOVE Bermuda! That being said, unfortunately this ship is very dated and still has most of the features it had when we first sailed on it. We ...

Review for a Europe - Western Mediterranean Cruise on Norwegian Epic

This cruise was chosen due to the locations that it was traveling to. It seemed like a fun idea to travel so European countries and go on the excursions. We were so excited, but as the cruise went on, there were more and more red flags. CONS -The water does not come with the drink package. You have to pay for water bottles, and you are not able to fill you water bottles at the drinking ...

I am a cruiser 20+ cruises 62 year old and very easy going. Obviously going on that many cruises, problems have occurred. I said mostly Disney and Celebrity. Good: staff was amazingly friendly and did their best being understaffed. (Except Guest services..Will explain in bad section). Windjammer surprising ok. I am Not a buffet person but was muc better than main dining. Specialty dining ...

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Norwegian Breakaway

Premium plus package. Purchase because I like upscale wines. Premium wines are only available in the dining room and it will take an additional 15 minutes to convince staff the wine is included in the package. If they sit the wine on the table they assume you purchase the bottle and it will be placed on your bill. Only cheap bottles of wine is available to purchase by the bottle. Staff would ...

Review for a Baltic Sea Cruise on Anthem of the Seas

We were only on Anthem 9 months ago. It was fabulous in every way. But I am sorry to say that now OMG! It's not good at all. Food was poor even in Chop's Grill , they try to palm you off with stale doughnuts instead of pastries in main dinning breakfast , they was very limited drinks availability, no single malt! and the hygiene standards are slipping , entertainment (quiz's) were in small ...

Review for a Alaska Cruise on Crown Princess

User Avatar

The food was NOT as good as they tell you. Cold scrambled eggs and the Coffee was TERRIBLE. Our ship was not working at 100%. The back end of the ship shock all the time. VERY slow traveling. Did not get to all the ports that we were had booked the cruise for, like Ketchikan. And we got into Victoria so late, so our excursion was cancelled by Princess Captain. Princess cancelled our stop in ...
