luxury ship. not a all. from the beginning of not being to board the ship in LA due to computer problems at the port, to the lack of service. the food on this ship was simply very poor, same menus every day. food was delivered cold and the staff really didn't care. tour desk and tours were a disaster. absolutely no one knew how to get the passengers off the boat to their scheduled tour. ...

We are in our mid 50s, have done 6 cruises with 5 carriers and this was the worse. Electric wheelchairs, walking frames, everywhere. The average age group is 70+. They love not leaving their rooms or the ship for 2 weeks so it suits them. The booking was triggered by a trip over Christmas and New Year with the destination Central America. Added to this was the cruise line's "reputation" in the premium segment.
