Norsk Tindesenter: Visit the architecturally stunning Norsk Tindesenter (Norwegian Mountaineering Centre) where experienced climbers can take on the highest climbing wall in Norway and beginners and kids can try the smaller Boulder Wall. Even if you're not a fan of climbing, it's worth a visit to admire the building, alone. There's also a 3D mountain adventure movie, exhibits of vintage and current climbing gear, a cafe and free Wi-Fi.
Rauma Railway: For something more sedate, ride the Rauma Railway past some of Norway's magnificent natural wonders. (Open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. from May to September.)
Trollstigen: Most cruise lines offer an outing on the famed serpentine Trollstigen (Trolls Path) road. It twists around 11 hairpin turns to 2,814 feet above sea level. A stone bridge takes passengers across the Stigfossen waterfall.
