Sihanoukville Ream National Park Excursion Reviews

In Sihanoukville, Ream National Park is an unspoiled and somewhat remote natural preserve. On an excursion through the park, visitors are likely to catch a glimpse of some unique wildlife and spend some time in a local village.

There were aspects of this tour that were better than the other. The temples were interesting but take your mozzie spray for the walk. The boat ride and walk through the National Park is actually more like walking through a farm to someone's house but it was quite enjoyable. The lunch at the beach was below par and the beach was very rough. Read Less

Boat ride on the river through Ream National Park with park ranger was fun and relaxing and a great way to see the mangroves and locals fishing in the river. Highlight of the tour was walking through the country and seeing homes and a school and seeing how the Cambodian people live. Locals were very welcoming and some families were selling some yummy sticky rice concoction cooked in banana leaves and other local specialties. Was delicious! Stop for a cold drink at a beach and visited a Meditation temple which was interesting enough. Read Less

Bus trip to catch a very loud motor boat up the river. NO wildlife of any kind - birds, monkeys, whatever. Not surprising considering how LOUD the boat was. The walk thru unexciting fields, under mid-day HOT sun, was NOT interesting or exciting. Forced to stand and listen to a group of children sing, then beg for money. Nothing more than a way to get you off the ship. Read Less

This was the best tour of the trip. The Boat ride was pleasant, watched a monkey feeding 5 foot above the waters edge.
