Both bus & walking tours were great ... the van was on the smaller side so it was a very manageable group for the guide.

The political demonstrations affected our day in port minimally...very low-key. Loved the municipal markets! A beautifull, clean city.

It was arranged by the cruise line to occupy us until rooms were ready at noon. It was way too many buildings. I would have preferred something more varied.

The usual Hop on Hop Off bus tour that takes one around the city. Nice way to see the city highlights in limited time.

Knowledgeable guide. Spent time in Park Güell, then inside La Sagrada Família, followed by bus tour pointing out some of the buildings in Barcelona. Not rushed at all. Had a free afternoon to explore the Gothic Quarter and La Rambla. The next day we went to Montjuïc (great views of the city) and the Poblet Monastery for wine tasting and lunch.

We left our ship and checked our bags into our hotel and since our room was not ready till two pm we took the double decker bus tours of the city. We could get on and off as we wished but we only got off to eat lunch and then back on. It took us all over Barcelona and to every point of interest on the red line and the green line. The cost was $27 Euro and had we not been so tired we could have gone into many of the sites we stopped at. We got a beautiful view of the city and went back to our hotel to swim and rest for our 15 hour flight the next morning at 6 am. The airport in Barcelona is huge but they are very accommodating if you need assistance with wheel chairs etc. which I had ordered prior to going on the trip.

Just had to see the Cathedrial, wonderous sight, and of course a trip along the Ramblas.

A good tour to see the sometimes quirky Gaudi architecture. The cathedral was amazing!
