Blue Cave Speed Boat Adventure was definitely a once in a lifetime experience. You get to jump into the waters in the middle of a cavern. The beaches are gorgeous. Rocky, but gorgeous.

Blue Cave "Adventure" is a waste of time and money. LONG boat ride there and back. You are allowed 15 minutes inside. The cave is FULL of boats! No way I would swim in there with all those propellers! The beach had sharp "pebbles" and charges EU 5 for an umbrella and chairs for 2 hours. Can't buy anything there but drinks, pizza and ice cream. Bring everything with you! Read Less

The blue cave was outstanding, and on a Sunday morning, only the two boats from our tour were there, so plenty of room to swim. After the cave, we went to Zanjice beach for an hour and a half. The water is beautiful and clean, but the beach is gravel, not sand, and getting in and out of the water is very hard on tender feet. I would bring water shoes. The lounge chairs and umbrellas seem to be free for the tour and we bought great espresso and palacinke (pancakes with ham and cheese) for just a couple of euro at the beach restaurants, delivered to your lounger. The old town of Kotor is walled, like Dubrovnik, beautiful, and right across the street from where the ship's dock. Really, I think Montenegro is everything Dubrovnik is, but much less expensive and on the euro. I would love to go back there. Read Less

We went on a boat ride to swim in the Blue Cave and visit our Lady of Rock. It was totally awesome. Such a beautiful bay. Ask at Our Lady of Rock to see the painting made from human hair and ask for the story behind it.
