This was somewhat anti-climatic, but the history was nice. This ceremony has been going on for 400 years. To protect the harbor, a cannon was used to shoot a chain across it at night, and in the morning, a cannon was used to shoot the chain back across to open the harbor back up. It seems that not too much attention is paid to the ceremony itself, as it covers a large area. Many attended on the night we were there. A taxi is necessary to get to the fort, as it's via a tunnel. There are plenty of taxis waiting once the ceremony is over. Read Less
