This was only a short tour a of the City, but our driver was an indigenous local, who was fantastic. He even played the didgeridoo for us. Dropped off in town for some shopping, and shuttle back to the ship.

Darwin was one of the prettiest places we stopped at on our cruise to Singapore. Whilst hot, it was very clean and well maintained. We saw many sights on our tour around and it gave us a good insight as to the City itself, how it was destroyed and rebuilt, the different cultures etc. I would love to go back to Darwin again

Very informative tour of the city, army sites from WW2, Old Darwin Airport and Hanger with all sorts of relic's inside, Fanny bay, Botanical gardens and much more. Lunch at the Trailer club at your own expense. A great overview of the City.

Thoroughly enjoyed the tour of Darwin. The guide was knowledgeable and shared a lot of information about the history of Darwin. We stopped off to have photo opportunities at Parliament and Government Houses and visited the museum which had a great exhibition about Cyclone Tracy. We also visited East Point where the guns were situated to protect Darwin from Japanese attack in WW2.

Used local hop-on, hop-off bus. End of season run and obvious they felt they should be through for the season. Extremely hot weather in early December, so be prepared. Certainly an interesting area to visit, but one day is enough, and don't plan to swim in the ocean locally because of the crocodiles; they are in all water areas and very dangerous.
