Nice enough, tour of Cadiz but the Flamenco was kind of touristy.

9:30 Sangria? Thanks for telling us after breakfast! After the booze (which was the only option if you wanted some beverage of any kind), we walked with a tour guide who looked like a taller, thinner version of Sir Jorah from Game of Thrones. Unlike the Tour Guide in Provence, this guy would switch from German to English without warning, confusing the heck out of us, would have his talks in crowded entrance ways where we couldn't fit, and tell random stories about Manuel De Falla, who only the most die hard classical afficionados would know.

Oceania Tour Scenic Cadiz & Flamenco - One highlight of our trip. First a city walk then Flamenco dancing with Tapas. I thought it strange when we signed up that the dancing was in the morning but it turned out great. The dancers were wonderful and the atmosphere of the restaurant wonderful. Tapas was just cheese and ham (which we don't eat) and 2 soft drinks and beer.

Unfortunately, because of a damaged propeller, the ship was late in arriving and so our booked Sherry and Royal Horse training tour was cancelled. We switched to the picturesque Cadiz and Flamenco tour instead. This involved a short ride around the town stopping of a lovely beach for a photo opportunity before walking to a local bar for a Flamenco demonstration. This was interesting but perhaps went on a tad too long
